§ 311-4.04. List of consultants.

The Board shall comply with any requirements of the Uniform Procurement Act, MGL c. 30B by establishing a list of consultants if required. The list shall be available to the public for inspection during normal business hours of the Board. The list of consultants shall contain the particular consultant's specialty (profession) and hourly billing rate.
