§ 311-5.07. Subdivision of land.

If a subdivision of land is involved, the following shall apply:

A.
No construction is permitted until a definitive subdivision plan has been submitted to and approved by the Board;

B.
The definitive subdivision plan shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Town Of Falmouth's regulations governing the subdivision of land. The Zoning Board and not the Planning Board is the permit granting agency.
