§ 310-2.02. Members.

    Regular members: members so appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Regular members shall have the power and duty to fully participate in all matters of the Board as set forth in these rules.
    B. 
    Associate members: members so appointed by the Board of Selectmen. Associate members shall have the power and duty to participate fully in all matters of the Board with the exception of voting on decisions on appeals, special permits or variances unless otherwise authorized by § 310-3.02 of these rules.
    C. 
    Voting member: All members are voting members except in public hearings (or as otherwise specified below) when a voting member is either a regular member or an associate member who has been appointed by the Chair to vote pursuant to § 310-3.02 of these rules. A member shall vote on an appeal, special permit or variance only if present for the entire public hearing or continuation thereof.
