§ 269-16. Boat stickers.

  • A. 
    Each vessel for which a mooring permit has been issued shall have, attached to the hull, in a visible location as designated by the Harbor Master, an annual sticker issued by the Harbor Master. It is the responsibility of the mooring owner to ensure compliance with this section.
    B. 
    It shall be permissible for an individual to use one mooring for two or more vessels. However, all vessels must be owned by the same individual, have its own sticker, and the mooring location and tackle must be suitable for the second vessel.
