§ 269-9. Qualifications of inspectors.

    Any person can, upon application to the Harbor Master and demonstration to him of his familiarity with the rules and regulations of the Town relating to mooring tackle inspection, be considered a certified inspector.
    B. 
    Such approval may be revoked by the Harbor Master if he determines that the inspector has failed to exercise due diligence in performing his duties as inspector.
