§ 53-3. Authority over shade trees.

The Tree Warden of the Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts, at the discretion of the Falmouth Board of Public Works is authorized to have complete authority over all shade trees which overhang Town-accepted streets, including those shade trees privately owned.
