§ 311-5.01. Time limits.

The Board shall open a hearing within thirty (30) days of its receipt of a complete application, and it shall thereafter pursue the hearing diligently. A hearing shall not extend beyond one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of opening the hearing, presuming that the applicant has made timely submissions of materials in response to reasonable requests of the Board that are consistent with its powers under 760 CMR 56.05, except with the written consent of the applicant.
